Celyad Oncology (“Celyad”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Cookie Policy explains how and why we use cookies and similar technologies on celyad.com, and how you can control them.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes more fully how we process personal data.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or remarketing cookies of any kind. We do not use Google Analytics or any comparable advertising-funded analytics platform. See Sensitive Health Information below.

International Transfers

Our Matomo analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure within the European Union and is not transferred outside the EEA.

Google reCAPTCHA involves a transfer of personal data to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is made on the basis of Google LLC’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework / the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

On our website. You can set your preferences in the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and change or withdraw your consent at any time via the button at bottom right of the website. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it.

Matomo opt-out. You can opt out of Matomo analytics directly, independently of your other choices, using the control below. This sets a matomo_ignore cookie on your device which instructs Matomo not to record your visits.

We also honour the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals: if your browser sends either, Matomo will not record your visit.
